I was too busy paying attention to the kid in the diaper.  I see this as an amazing art project.  The girls are America’s Financial Institutions and the blobby kid in the diaper is our Government.  Bloated and helpless.  Falling on it’s face when trying to take action. Or…they’re Circus Folk. What do you make of this?
